This is Tarlac City! 02/10/2026

When Randy and I decied to retire in the Philippines, we had three cities to choose from - Cebu City, Mabalacat Pampanga, and Tarlac City. We chose the city where I was born and raised, simply because I want to be near my two siblings in the City. But over the eyars we lived here, the Pros won over the Cons and we found out how good it is to retire in a place where the cost of living is lower, your relatives are closer to you, and you gain a lot of respectable, honest to goodness friends!!! Here is our present home, and when you visit the Philippienes - come by and see Tarlac City, and be friends with the growing Expats Group who loved staying here for good.

ROPI does not ask any contributions from its members and officers. We rely on donations because we are a public charity organization. Over the past 25 years, Roscon Foundatioin has proven its contributions to charity, especially the province of TRarlac, where the founders were born and raised. Moing to Texas, the founders established the Foundation and in over 25 years have accomplished the following missions in Texas: conducted scholarships and grants that allowed 11 bachelor degrees, 3 masters and a doctorate degree scholars, two of whom are still actively involved with the Foundation, two in well-established businesses and two employed at top local government agencies. When the Chairman and the Executive Director retired in Tarlac City, they registered a local branch and it continued with feeding programs, essay contests, festival contests and supporting its major beneficiary, Balibago Primero Integrated School, with their plans and programs for the benefit of its pupils and students. The photo shows the President of RPPI and the Assistant Treasurer by the banners that showed the joint textbook donation to BPIS in coordination with the Tarlac United Lions Club. Thank you, Edison, Iris, for being active officers of this NGO, and thanks, Jennifer Viduya, for donating these textbooks to our public school here in Balibago.
