Want to increase your productivity?

Dress for it.

There is a connection between what we wear and how we act.

I’ve heard it described as, “Look your best. Do your best. Be your best.”

When we wear “homebody” clothes, we tend to take a relaxed approach to tasks. The “I’m in loungewear so networking and work will get done when it gets done” approach.

However, when you get dressed—y’know, like you’re about to put in work—you are more focused, more driven and more productive.
It shifts your mindset from loungewear=lounge to work=productive (which equals $$$).

You will not only view getting dressed in a genuine way as a tool in your productivity toolkit, you’ll see it as a way to align with your 6-figure self and honor that version of you!

Tell me, how do you dress for productivity?

If you're a coach or service provider, you're aware of non-verbal cues like crossing your arms across your chest or leaning in to talk to clients but did you realize your clothes are also non-verbal cues?

When you approach a call wearing colors that compliment your skin tone. You exude healthy and vitality. It also shows you've taken time to know yourself and what works for you.

That kind of thoughtfulness will also extend to your clients!

Another non-verbal cue is the fit of your clothes. When you take the time to get things altered ensuring an impeccable fit, or choose pieces that bring symmetry to your silhouette, you're telling your clients, "I know little details make the difference. I'll make sure those are taken care of."

This is one of the many things I teach my clients. In our time together, we get discover the colors they love, find pieces that embody their personality, and show them how their style elevates their confidence and becomes a tool in their communication package!

If you're a millennial coach or service provider and are ready to use your wardrobe as part of client attracting arsenal, send me a DM!
