The assignment brings assigned seating at assigned tables.

We spend so much energy trying to gain access to rooms God never assigned us to. We think the next connection, invitation, or opportunity is the key to our future.

But Esther 9 tells a different story. Mordecai was not chasing influence or trying to prove his worth. He was faithfully walking in his assignment. In time, the position, authority, and honor followed.

The room recognized what God had already established. Psalm 23:5 says, "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies." God prepares the table. He determines the seating arrangement.

When you're aligned with your assignment, you stop striving for a seat and start stewarding the one God has already reserved for you. The assignment brings assigned seating at assigned tables.

Maybe the breakthrough you've been praying for isn't on the other side of doing more. Maybe it's on the other side of simply believing.

Naaman almost missed his miracle because it didn't come wrapped the way he expected. He wanted something dramatic. God gave him something simple.

How many times have we done the same thing? We exhaust ourselves looking for a complicated answer, a bigger sign, or a harder path when God is simply asking us to trust Him and take the next step.

This weekend, give yourself permission to stop striving. Stop overthinking. Stop carrying what was never yours to carry. Rest. Breathe. Make space for God to work.

Your healing, your peace, your next chapter may not require more effort. It may require more faith. One of the most powerful thing you can do this weekend is rest and let God be God.
