📬 Mailbox Maintenance Reminder 📬

Hi Neighbors!

We’d like to send out a friendly reminder regarding mailbox maintenance within the community. Over time, mailboxes can begin to lean, fade, rust, or show general wear and tear due to weather and age.

Please take a moment to check your mailbox to ensure it is:
✔️ Standing upright and secure
✔️ Free of rust or damage
✔️ Clean and in good condition
✔️ Painted and maintained according to community standards

We recommend using Rust-Oleum Satin Black paint for both the mailbox and post to ensure consistency throughout the community.

If your mailbox is missing numbers, they must be replaced with 2-inch brass numbers, which can only be ordered through Imperial Mailboxes. Please note that sticker numbers are not allowed as a replacement for missing numbers.

Beginning this spring, the Association will start conducting inspections and issuing letters for mailboxes that do not meet community standards. If you would like to avoid receiving a notice, please begin addressing any needed maintenance now.
