The 2nd largest Freedmen’s community in Dallas' history just got easier to learn about.

An ongoing effort to collect artifacts and stories about the Freedmen’s town is now a digital museum, thanks to a Library of Congress grant and the determination of the Tenth Street community and a tech company.
