Citizens for a New PCB

Though many think the fight on Spring Break in PCB is a settled issue, there are some still fighting the issue. As part of their argument they want to discredit any that brought change. While there is still room for improvement with Spring Break, the chaos is not anywhere near what it was.

Hector Solis asked me to post this message from him. This should answer some questions about his past employment. Hector realizes the date is wrong on the retirement letter, that is how he received it. Hector offered this information to the local news outlets but they declined as they didn't question his past and thought it was a non issue.
