A note about hydration!! We know that hydrating our bodies is important, but here is a tip on how much water to drink.
To hydrate your cells, 4 oz at a time is ideal. You can sip from a container during the day, for example. Pure, filtered water!
To flush toxins from your body, larger amounts are needed. So that is when drinking a larger amount of water at a time is preferable. :)
