This weekend marks our first resident move-in, officially kicking off lease-up for this Build-to-Rent community in Melissa, TX.
What makes this moment special isn’t just the first keys handed over — it’s the journey behind it. From raw land and entitlements, to infrastructure, vertical construction, and now leasing, this project reflects TAAS’s commitment to full-cycle ex*****on.
Equally important is surrounding the project with the right partners. We’re excited to be launching lease-up alongside Cushman & Wakefield, ensuring a professional, resident-first experience from day one.

Another milestone completed!
Phase I of our four-phase land project officially closed yesterday — a clear demonstration of TAAS’s vertical integration in action.
What started as raw agricultural land has now moved through the full value-creation process:
• Acquisition
• Engineering & entitlements
• Off-site utilities under Sam Rayburn Highway
• Completion and exit of the Phase I land tranche
• Strong results in one of the toughest real estate markets in years
With the land phase successfully completed and Phase I now sold, the project moves into its next planned stage: vertical construction and delivery of new homes. This is why TAAS was built as a vertically integrated platform:
Land → Entitlements → Development → Construction.
Controlling each step allows us to manage risk, move efficiently, and create value where others often cannot.
