We would like to invite businesses, nonprofits, community leaders, and friends to join us for CARE Dallas’s 42nd Annual Breakfast on October 19th at the Dallas Country Club. This event holds great significance as it allows us to celebrate the individuals and organizations who advocate for those affected by substance abuse, educate students and families, and create safe spaces for healing and restoration. Together, we are making a lasting difference in our communities.
This year, we will also use this breakfast as a launching pad for the future vision of CARE Dallas. I am particularly excited to welcome Jena Ehlinger, who will share a powerful and inspiring message of hope that I believe will encourage everyone in attendance.
42nd Annual Breakfast - October 19, 2026 Join us for our 42nd Annual Breakfast as we come together to honor, raise awareness and educate the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex about substance abuse and mental health.

Two weeks ago, CARE-Dallas and Livegy had the incredible honor of hitting the pavement with the future healthcare leaders from UNT Health Ft. Worth!
These dedicated students have spent their entire semester volunteering to canvas bars, restaurants, and businesses across Ft. Worth. Their mission? Getting life-saving Naloxone into the community, providing essential information, and training staff on how to use it.
During our weekend together, we blanketed nearly all of Sundance Square with Naloxone kits! We even stocked the Burnett Park Free Library—and before we could even leave the park, we saw someone stop by and take a kit. That is the power of accessibility in action.
To the UNT Health students: Thank you for your altruism, your heart, and for choosing to spend your "free" time saving lives. To those graduating soon—the medical field is lucky to have you. Your character and dedication to community health already stand out!
