In this CLE, Mr. Fuller will be presenting and discussing the following:

The fact that Mediation in the collaborative context while similar, is not the same as mediation in a litigation context. He’ll discuss how to prepare and how to collaborate and negotiate before and during mediations in this unique environment to help clients reach an interest based resolution while remaining as constructive as possible.
This lunch & learn will be presented by Zoom and the Zoom invitation will be sent out the day prior to the event.
