Last night my pastor preached a message, Is it faith or is it foolishness?

And it hit me right in the face.👊🏾

When the process gets difficult and resistance shows up, I start to panic and question whether I really heard God. I start comparing my ability and qualifications to what I am up against.

But the truth is, God never cared about my ability. He wanted me to trust His.

If He gave me the vision, He already accounted for the gaps.

The challenges are built into the process.

The risk is built into the process.

The growth is built into the process.

I have talked myself out of great seasons before, but I thank God He is mindful enough to send a word right on time for me and maybe for you too.

Peter sank when he started measuring the waves instead of keeping his eyes on Jesus and what He already said.

If God gave the vision, He already gave the provision.

My job is obedience.

The outcome is up to Him.
Now I just work the process.

Stop calling it "Imposter Syndrome" when it is actually just a lack of practice.

Day 5 of the journey: Turning yearly revenue into monthly revenue. 📈

​Today the fear of outreach hit me like a train. But I realized I was not suffering from imposter syndrome. I was just scared because I had not been doing the work. I had not been practicing the high ticket sales calls required to reach the next level.

​Confidence is not a feeling you wait for. It is a byproduct of competence. When you stop shrinking and start sharpening your business skills, the fear loses its power.

​I'm documenting the entire process of scaling a business through faith, consistency, and discipline.
