Part 2 of our Real Food First series:
A simple rule of thumb when it comes to nutrition 👇
If a food has one ingredient, it’s probably good for you. An apple for example, doesn’t need an ingredient label.. it’s an apple.
If a food has a long list of ingredients you can’t pronounce, you probably don’t need it.
Keep grocery shopping simple—stick to the perimeter of the store where the real food lives, and limit the boxed, bagged, and packaged stuff in the middle aisles.
