Our Texas legislators are apparently trying once again to pass a costly, ineffective drug testing requirement for assistance recipients. I believe in John 6:11 Christ instructed Christians to "always take every opportunity to add additional burdens to the poor and weak as we need to keep that crowd on a short lease."
