Pro Tip Tuesday!!! Know your nozzles. If you are going to power wash yourself, know the nozzles that came with your pressure washer and what they are used for. Knowing your nozzles can make your project easier and could possibly save you some heart ache. Most machines come with 5 nozzles: black, white, green, yellow, and red.

Black - usually used to spray on any soap, detergents or any kind
of cleaner/chemical
White - 40* good to use on cars, windows, screens, or anything
with loose dirt or debris.
Green - 25* A little stronger than the white. commonly used on
painted surfaces like siding, wood surfaces, cars, boats,
patio furniture and hard surfaces with moderate build up
and stains such as driveways. Most common household tip.
Yellow -15* Stronger than green. Used on concrete, brick, and
other hard surfaces with heavy dirt, grime, and stains. Also
used to prep surfaces for painting. Be careful with this one.
It could start damaging softer or painted surfaces.
Red - 0* Most powerful/ dangerous tip. Used to mainly clean high
and hard to reach surfaces, remove rust, and at the right
distance remove very tough caked on mud and grime on
hard surfaces. Also used to clean crevices in concrete. This
one will etch concrete or other hard surfaces and take paint
off if not careful.

Just trying to share some knowledge and helpful hints. Hope this helps.
