Vision Africa
Earlier this month, the Vision Africa Radio High Schools Debate Program celebrated its 15th year! During this time, this program has brought students together to sharpen their critical thinking, strengthen their English language skills, and grow in confidence as young leaders. We are grateful for our strong partnership with the Abia State Ministry of Education and for the dedication of teachers, school leaders, and students who make this program possible each year.
Watching these young voices develop and step forward with confidence is always inspiring. We pray this experience continues to shape the thoughtful, courageous leaders our future needs.

Meet Mrs. Nwabueze, one of Vision Africa Radio's most cherished listeners and a reminder of why we do what we do. Due to an accident in her youth that left her paralyzed, Mrs. Nwabueze has been bedridden and in the care of her family for over 40 years. For someone unable to attend church or engage with her community in person, it's easy to feel isolated and alone, but Vision Africa Radio has become her lifeline.
She tunes in every hour, listening to every program, and even knows the names of everyone on our team. For Mrs. Nwabueze, the station is more than just a source of news, inspiration, and worship. It’s a way to connect with her faith and her community. When we visited her, she shared how much Vision Africa means to her, calling us more than just a radio station. For her, we are family.
Stories like Mrs. Nwabueze’s are why your support matters. Every program we broadcast brings connection, hope, and the love of Christ to listeners like her, many of whom may otherwise feel forgotten. Together, we can continue to be a beacon of light to those in need

Through Vision Africa’s Prison Outreach in Umuahia, we continue to walk alongside men and women who are navigating life behind prison walls. Our team advocates for improved conditions, provides practical support, and helps create opportunities for growth and learning. From supporting education through WAEC exams and university studies, to offering limited legal assistance and providing everyday essentials, this work reminds us that every person deserves dignity, care, and hope.
Please keep these people in your prayers as they continue their journeys toward restoration and new beginnings.
