This is definitely one problem we have never experienced, but we have seen it with others. At the end of the day, if you are the only one prospering and people you claim you are training to succeed can say the only constant is them paying you on time but yet they have not yet received from you the guidance and support they paid you for, don’t call yourself a leader again. It is perfectly okay to not even use the word leader, and to not try to position yourself as a mentor — especially when in reality, you know you are either a Misleader or a Monarch Leech.
