Ingredients:
* 1 lb boneless, skinless beef thighs or breasts, diced into bite-sized cubes
* 1 cup long-grain rice
* 2 cups beef broth
* 1/2 cup honey
* 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 onion, diced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon pepper
* Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced beef and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion becomes translucent.
3. Stir in the rice, beef broth, honey, and BBQ sauce. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked and has absorbed most of the liquid.
5. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.

Melty Pepper Jelly Brie & Beef Crostini
Savory Crostini Topped with Creamy Brie, Crispy Beef, and Sweet Pepper Jelly
Ingredients:
1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
6 slices of beef, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup pepper jelly
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush one side lightly with olive oil.
Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
Remove the toasted baguette from the oven and let it cool slightly.
On each toasted slice, place a slice of Brie cheese and a spoonful of pepper jelly.
Sprinkle the crumbled beef over the top of the Brie and jelly.
Return the crostini to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the Brie is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chives, salt, and pepper to taste.

Crock Pot Ranch Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless beef breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
1 block cream cheese (8 oz), softened
1/2 cup beef broth
4 slices cooked beef bacon, crumbled (optional)
6 sandwich buns
Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, sliced cheese
Directions:
Prepare the Beef:
Place the beef breasts in the crock pot. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the beef. Add the cream cheese and beef broth.
Cook the Beef:
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and can be easily shredded.
Shred and Mix:
Remove the beef from the crock pot and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded beef to the crock pot and stir it into the creamy ranch mixture until fully coated.

Ingredients:
• 8 jalapeño peppers, cut in half lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed
• 4 ounces softened cream cheese
• 1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
• 16 beef cocktail wieners
• 2 (8 ounce) packages crescent roll dough (8 count each)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. Rinse jalapeños to remove any remaining seeds and pat dry.
2. Stir cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until well combined. Divide cheese mixture among jalapeño halves and top each with a beef wiener.
3. Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles. Roll each filled pepper in crescent dough and place on the prepared baking sheets.

Ingredients:
For the Casserole:
1 lb ground beef
1½ cups milk
1 lb pasteurized processed cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
1 (14.5 oz) can Rotel tomatoes (undrained)
12 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Directions:
Prepare the Beef and Sauce:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 2-quart shallow casserole dish and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up with the side of a spoon as it cooks. Once fully browned, transfer to a colander to drain any excess grease.
Return the skillet to the stove and add the milk and processed cheddar cheese. Stir over low heat until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the drained beef and the can of Rotel tomatoes. Mix well and remove from heat.
Cook the Macaroni:
While preparing the sauce, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.

1 (24 oz) jar of pasta sauce
1 (25 oz) bag of frozen cheese ravioli
2 cups shredded Italian-style cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions:
Prepare the Meat Sauce:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Pour in about ¾ of the pasta sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend the flavors.
Assemble the Lasagna:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread the remaining ¼ jar of pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish.
