Stress is high. It is for us too. One thing that has made a huge difference in our family is diligently taking CBD. Shelter in Place is pushing us all to unhealthy places, but we are more mindful and not “going to a 10”. We are still sleeping well even if we have been staying up later. We are addressing hard things and making grown up decisions. And still loving each other. Yes there are other factors but I guarantee, for us, it’s been a game changer. 💜🌱💦
