JUNE >> NOV✨
I haven’t counted calories.
I haven’t cut out any foods other than processed junk (but can you really call that food?)
I haven’t worked out for hours a day.
I haven’t given up wine, pizza or fries.
I haven’t tried to be perfect all the time.
I have been consistent.
I have been intentional with my time.
I have been disciplined.
I have been accountable.
I have been forgiving.
Wonder how you can lose weight and feel amazing without restriction? Stop look outside yourself for the solution ✋
You can be consistent, intentional, disciplined, accountable and forgiving too. It just takes a moment to DECIDE you will be those things.
The system I use works because it’s simple. Life is already complicated enough, don’t let your health & fitness journey add to that 😅
I can’t wait to bring another 20 people through our Habits That Stick challenge next week so they can see how easy it can be for them. Have you claimed your spot yet??
If you haven’t, you can join today at the low price of $FREE.99 😛 What are you waiting for? We start Monday!

Can you be too obsessed with weight loss?? Yup. I know it first-hand.
I remember when I was afraid to keep certain foods in the house because I couldn’t control my cravings.
I remember what it was like to feel guilt and shame around eating high calorie foods.
I remember feeling like a failure every time I ate over my calorie count for the day.
I remember feeling discouraged every time to scale would go up more than 2lbs from yesterday.
I remember only exercising for calorie burn...
All for the sake of seeing that arbitrary number in the scale drop and this “healthy lifestyle” I wanted to live.
Eventually I just got so tired of always obsessing over my food and my weight that I wanted to give up entirely.
Thank god I didn’t! 🙏 Instead I just did a few things that helped me get away from those toxic habits.
1️⃣ I stopped weighing myself and started taking photos as a way to track my progress
2️⃣ I took off my fitness tracker and stopped caring about how many calories I burned in a day
3️⃣ I stopped tracking calories and focused on eating more veggies and drinking more water, but at the same time allowing myself to eat pizza when I wanted to
4️⃣ I stopped forcing myself to workout when it was a full body NO coming from my soul and started listening to more intuitively
5️⃣ I started celebrating consistency over the result and falling in love with the process of getting to a new goal
Ladies, diet culture has RUINED us! Which leaves a lot of reprogramming for us to do so we can find true happiness with ourselves.
The good news is you don’t have to do it alone. I’m always just a message away to offer you the tools & support that helped you become more confident in myself no matter how what the scale says 💜🙏

I’ve always said I’m not a runner. But here I am doing a 30 day running program in the cold, misty rain. Turns out our thoughts can lie to us 🤷🏻♀️
Now my time isn’t super impressive by any means 😅 But I’m only on day 16 and I’ve already shaved nearly 90 seconds off my pace time since Day 1 which means I’m getting faster and stronger 🙌🏻
Not only that but I’m learning so much about mental toughness and not giving up when it gets hard. Stoked to see what my time will be on Day 30 and when I run my race!
Any wannabe runners want to try this with me? I have a FREE sample audio run so you can get a feel for it! Drop a running emoji if you want the link 🏃♀️

So I hear you want to workout but you just don’t have the MOTIVATION...
Did you know that motivation is something that is BUILT like a muscle?
So of course you don’t have the motivation at first! Because you have to BUILD it!
Here’s how to get the momentum going:
1️⃣ You gotta face your fears and figure out what’s really holding you back from starting that first workout. Is it perfectionism? Is it the fear of failure or that you’ll just disappoint yourself again if you try? What’s the ROOT cause of your inaction?
Journal it. Then once you figure it out, make affirmations or mantras around it. One mantra I use daily is “I can always rely on myself.” It helps me stay in the zone and not get distracted with old limiting beliefs.
2️⃣ Build a priming routine. You know how Tony Robbins starts his days? He jumps into freezing cold pool to wake himself up. He’s kind of intense 😂 but the method he uses is PRIMING.
It means getting your body systems going for the day! I do this by drinking at least 24oz of water first thing in the morning, jumping on my trampoline and doing some deep breathing.
I’ve done it so often that many times that when I follow that routine my body knows it’s time to workout. SCIENCE! It’s pretty rad.
3️⃣ Get yourself accountable! This is the SECRET SAUCE yo! Telling other people your goals, committing yourself publicly, or better yet having to show up for other people to do your workouts together is an awesome way to stay motivated.
That’s why I LOVE our online bootcamps and virtual workouts. I get excited to see my friends and I know they will be looking for me. Boom! Motivation!
So what’s holding you back from starting your Day 1? The time to make your goals happens now! Hogwarts Running Club is starting 1 week from TODAY & my general November bootcamp enrollment is open now! Let me know how I can help you the motivation you’re looking for ✨

I've failed all my life. But I'm okay with it.
I used to be so scared of failing. My perfectionism just wouldn't tolerate it. But now it's a part of my journey I celebrate. Because without the massive amounts of everyday failures, I wouldn't have made it here. A whole lot healthier, happier, enlightened, grateful, and just downright excited about life.
If I had given up after my first failure, I wouldn't have experienced so many amazing things.
I wouldn’t have helped as many people find better health & confidence.
I wouldn't have made so many amazing new friends from all over the world.
I wouldn't have made extra income that allows me to live out my passions instead of being chained to a desk.
I wouldn't have lost friggin' 50 pounds and become the healthiest I've EVER been.
Failure got me HERE.
I say if you’re afraid of failing, you’re afraid of living life. Because failure is an inevitable step on the path to where you are truly meant to be.
How are you failing forward right now?

When I found coaching, one of my biggest fears was that no one would take me seriously because I wasn’t in shape.
I didn’t look like those other fit girls who were posting workouts in the gym wearing their Gymshark leggings and sports bras.
But then I realized that I wasn’t starting this business for those people. It was for ME and the other people like me.
I do it for that 16 year old version of myself on the left who weighed herself twice a day, counted every calorie, and STILL never felt satisfied with her body.
I do it for the 19 year old version of myself that didn’t eat for an entire day hoping that she would weigh less the next.
I do it for the 21 year old version of myself who would feel so guilty after binge eating that she would go to the gym and run until she burned enough calories.
I do it for the 22 year old version of me who was sick and tired of being sick and tired and needed a damn change.
Becoming a coach was that change. It was no longer about being like the other fit girls, it was about learning how to be me again.
All that girl on the left ever wanted was to be loved by others, but what she really needed was to love herself.
And I think that 16 year old girl would be really proud of this coach on the right who got out of her own damn way.
If you relate to this in anyway, let me know in the comments 👇🏻 And if you’re interested, I’m inviting you to learn more about the opportunity that changed everything for me to see if it’s something you might need too 💕
