Happy 4th of July!

As we celebrate 40 years, we’re proud to look back at the moments that shaped who we are today, especially one project that truly set the tone for our future.

Our first major project, the American Airlines Headquarters Building, marked a pivotal milestone for the firm. This 500,000 square-foot, four-story complex pushed us to grow quickly and think bigger. By the fourth quarter of 1986, our team had expanded to 20 employees and successfully delivered the final plans.

That achievement helped establish Reed, Wells, Benson and Company as a trusted name in aviation MEP consulting, and it was just the beginning. Since then, we’ve partnered on a wide range of aviation projects, including hangars, central plants, gates, lounges, flight training facilities, FBOs, and more.

We’re incredibly grateful to our clients and partners for trusting us over the past 40 years and for being part of the journey ahead.

Christine Miner, P.E., has been named .dallas President for the 2026–2027 term!

Her involvement with ASHRAE began in 2016 as a student at Kansas State University, where she served in multiple leadership roles, including two years as Student Branch President. After graduation, she remained active with the Dallas Chapter, contributing in roles such as Membership Promotion Chair, Treasurer, RP, and CTTC/President-Elect.

Throughout her involvement, Christine has received several honors, including Region 8 Red Ribbon and Blue Ribbon Awards and CTTC Chair of the Year, while also helping her chapter earn the APEX Award. She has continued her professional development through programs such as YEA Leadership Weekend, Women in ASHRAE, and LeaDRS.

Her continued commitment to leadership and professional growth is inspiring.
