We are HIRING: This is an on-site role for a Bookkeeper at Dedicated Bookkeeping Service, LLC located in Celeste, TX. This position will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as entering transactions, using accounting software (QBO preferred but not required), managing multiple clients and their financial statement preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial statement preparation, bookkeeping, and accounting software
Strong understanding of finance principles and practices
Experience with journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and laws
Effective communication and
interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team.
