I absolutely love cooking food and my favorite is tending to the smoker with my patience in hand and rendering down meats to tender juicy bites. Anthony Bourdain said "When someone cooks for you, they are telling you about themselves: Where they come from, who they are, what makes them happy." I find this to be so true!
