At 19 years old I made the bravest decision of my life to leave my hometown and go serve my country. I learned how to put “service before self”. My service to my country has been one of my biggest challenges I had transitioning to adulthood. Reflecting on my time in the Air Force was one of the best decisions I ever made. I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve my country.
