Tarrant County College started a culinary competition class and they had their final competition yesterday. I was honored to judge with chef Morris Salerno, chef Natasha Bruton And Chef Nathan Price. Katrina Warner is doing a great job at TCC with this class.

Today was a tough day in Dothan AL. My older brother spent the last week in Southeast Medical Center here in Alabama. Linda & I made it here last night & Kevin got here today. Ryan is in South Africa so he had to call in. We are waiting for Rob to be released so we can get him to his home in Marianna, FL where hospice will make sure he is comfortable. He is surrounded by family & friends. In the picture from 1975, I would turn 18 that October, Dan was 5 & Rob was 21. Pic 2 was in 2011 at our sister's funeral. Life goes quick, hug your family!
