Emergencies don’t schedule appointments.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
🚨Would you know what to do in the first 2 minutes of a cardiac emergency?
CPR training is more than certification.
It’s muscle memory.
It’s leadership inside your home.
It’s peace of mind.
Our Dallas small-group sessions provide:
Three life-saving actions to take while help is on the way: 1) Check responsiveness and call 911 immediately. 2) Start hands-only CPR (push hard and fast in the center of the chest). 3) Use an AED or provide rescue breaths if trained—and stay with the person until EMS arrives. These steps reflect our hands-on training approach. Dallas residents: enroll to practice these skills in person at our Dallas sessions. https://wix.to/PEEFfMx 🚑💙
