THE BAN HAS PASSED THROUGH THE ZONING COMMISSION NOW TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION!

Up to 70% of STR's in Dallas will be BANNED if this gets passed into law. It goes to the planning commission first (where it is now) and then to City Council.

📣 A Message from Sharing Dallas Organization:

We have decided to reschedule our original Mixer Event to a later date in October to allow for the upcoming Tuesday October 4th ZOAC meeting to be more effective for all of us.

Instead of meeting us on October 5th, we kindly ask and encourage you to attend the October 4th ZOAC City Council Meeting - either in person or virtually - either attendance is appreciated and highly recommended for us to show a focused strength in the STR Community, our purpose and how this will affect STR Hosts in Dallas and the business community overall.

Here is the info to attend. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Tuesday, October 4th. Let's show the City Council how much this matters!
