As we get ready for Celina Cajun Fest this Saturday, the safety and security of our residents and visitors remains our top priority. The Celina Police Department, Celina Fire Department, and our public safety partners have worked extensively behind the scenes to help ensure a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly experience for everyone attending.

Throughout the event, officers will be strategically positioned across Downtown Celina, supported by expanded security measures, drone technology, dedicated officer overwatch, onsite paramedics, and marked patrol units near key access points and barricades. Guests can also stop by the Police Department tent at any time during the festival for assistance or to report concerns.

For families attending, free children’s safety wristbands will be available to help reunite families quickly if needed.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to Downtown Celina for an exciting day of live music, food, family fun, and community celebration. Thank you for helping us keep Cajun Fest safe, enjoyable, and memorable for all!

Join us on Friday, May 1, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM for the Celina Friday Night Market presented by Renewal by Andersen of North Texas, right in the heart of Downtown Celina.

The City of Celina invites you to experience an evening full of community, connection, and local flavor. These free-to-attend markets are the perfect way to get outside, support local, and enjoy everything that makes Celina special.

Stroll the Square and explore more than 60 vendors featuring homemade, handmade, and homegrown goods. From unique handcrafted items and seasonal produce to artisanal pastries, fresh eggs, and free-range meats, there is something for everyone. Come hungry, too. Downtown restaurants and local food trucks will be serving up delicious, ready-to-eat favorites as you shop.

Enjoy live music throughout the evening on The Rodeo SC Stage, featuring special guest Prosper’s Side Hustle, and take time to connect with neighbors, local artisans, and farmers who help bring this event to life each month.
