The owner, Jasmine, is focused on creating amazing vegan goodies 🌱 and also offers several gluten free desserts. The Boxes starts at $12 for an Individual sized box. Pre-Order ends on February 5th.

We also tried their Almond Joy Cookies & Cinnamon Roll Protein Cookies. The Cinnamon Roll Protein cookies are flour-less and gluten free! Honestly, all of the cookies tasted amazing and held up great over the several days of us snacking through them. I would say that the Strawberry Champagne Cookies were probably my favorite out of the box since I could probably eat a dozen of them in a single sitting (no shame).

Over the weekend we had the amazing opportunity of trying V’s House, an all new Vietnamese restaurant located in North Richland Hills. This cozy spot has it all, from amazing Vietnamese classic a like phở and bánh xèo, to an amazing patio and bar, making it perfect for a date night or just nice dinner out with friends. And don’t even get is started on those desserts!

Pork Ribs & Quail Egg Hot Skillet — Hot Stone Bowl Phở — Toasted Crab Bread — Bánh Khọt —m— Espresso Infused Jello — Strawberry Rhubarb Cake

While we tried several excellent items, our favorite main course item was the Hot Stone Bowl Phở. The broth is apparently a heavily guarded family secret, which they did an excellent job of highlighting the flavor by separating the raw beef, noodles, and toppings. For the appetizers, it was honestly a tie between the Crab Toast and the Bánh Khọt recommended by . Our favorite dessert was the Espresso Infuses Jello, but don’t let that stop you from getting a slice of that Strawberry Rhubarb Cake.
