There's no doubt that we need more pilots, and fast.

The shortage is a serious problem, and it's one that affects everyone—from the people who are flying on planes to the people who are making those planes. Let's not forget about the people who are doing their best to make sure that flights don't get canceled or delayed because of a lack of pilots. These people are also suffering during this crisis. With this serious shortage, drastic times call for drastic measures. Of course, as long as they're safe. How do you feel about this new approach to getting more pilots?
