40 years ago in 1981, our family emigrated to Houston, TX! My father is a geophysicist and he was offered a job in a Houston. So proud of my parents for being such risk takers. 🙏🏽🙏🏽💕💕They left behind their parents, siblings, friends and most their belongings in India to provide give us and their grandchildren a better life. They adopted a new language and culture. They made new friends. We are all proud Americans. We love our adopted country. So thankful and blessed! 🙏🏽 💕
