FOCUS GROUP RESEARCH
MOCK JURY TRIAL PARTICIPANTS NEEDED

Compensation varies depending on the length of the focus group; however, we pay you, via PayPal only, the same day for your service. No experience or training is needed! Although, we shall deem any person unqualified to serve on our jury panel if you:

(1) are not a citizen of the United States eighteen years old who has resided for a period of one year within the judicial district;
(2) are unable to read, write, and understand the English language with a degree of proficiency sufficient to fill out satisfactorily the required survey;
(3) are unable to speak the English language;
(4) are incapable, by reason of mental or physical infirmity, to render satisfactory jury service; or
(5) have a charge pending against you for the commission of, or have been convicted in a State or Federal court of record of, a crime punishable by imprisonment for more than one year and your civil rights have not been restored.

Additionally, you must have access to the internet and either a computer or tablet/iPad with a working video camera and microphone. CELL PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED!

These are interactive focus groups/mock jury trials held via Zoom where actual legal cases will be presented to you for your opinions and discussion. The sessions are recorded live for private-use.

Payment is made through PayPal only and funds are available upon conclusion of the focus group. You must have an active PayPal account to participate. No other payment options are available.

PLEASE NOTE: Focus groups are held throughout the month. Once you have completed the survey, you may be contacted and invited to participate on a specific date/time.

If you are selected, you will be required to send a valid picture ID and sign a Confidentiality Agreement in order to protect the interests of the cases you will be evaluating.

COLORADO FOCUS GROUP PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR OUR VIRTUAL MOCK JURY TRIAL

If you live in Colorado, we'd love to have you be a part of our Mock Jury Trial held via Zoom and scheduled for August 1, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST. Compensation is $100 to participate in a four hour virtual focus group and we pay you the same day for your service.

Please apply only if you have access to the internet and either a computer or tablet/iPad with a video camera and microphone. Cell phones are not allowed to be used. This is a virtual focus group held via Zoom.

This is an interactive mock jury where actual legal cases will be presented to you for your opinions and discussion. The sessions are recorded for private-use only.

The pay is $80.00 for a four hour session. Payment will be made through PayPal only and funds will be available 15 minutes prior to the end of the last session. You must have an active PayPal account to participate. No other payment options will be available.

NOTE: We are holding focus groups throughout the months of January, February and March. Once you have completed the survey, you may be contacted and invited to participate on a particular date.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license or picture ID. If selected, you will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement in order to protect the interests of the cases you will be hearing.
