Bridge to Birth

Yesterday, I finally took my first hike at Arbor Hills Nature Reserve, and it was everything I hoped for! The weather was absolutely perfect, and the trails were super easy to navigate—definitely a great spot to kick off my hiking journey.

I’m really proud of myself for following through with my goal to start hiking this year. This was just the beginning, and I know there are many more adventures ahead. Huge shoutout to my doula bestie for always being down to explore with me. Can’t wait for the next one!
