Today, we’re especially thankful for Tony Medina — a talented structural engineer whose vision started AGTM and laid the foundation for everything Eyncon is today.
Long before Eyncon existed, Tony set out with a simple goal: deliver great structural engineering with honesty and care.

What began as one engineer’s passion grew into new disciplines, new people, and the full-service, multi-disciplinary firm we are now — still shaped by his values and legacy.

This Thanksgiving, we honor Tony and the foundation he built for all of us. 🧡🍁

We’re excited to see this project officially sold, and in the hands of its new owners! It’s always rewarding to see the impact of thoughtful design and quality engineering come to life.
