Said Goodbye to this old friend today…She was a consistent refuge & vessel for release. Actually have had her for 26 years…Taught voice lessons with her, wrote so many songs, practiced worship sets, poured out my joy, pain, love, fears. Had a good, healthy cry when she was being rolled out.

Wrote ‘Above Board’ with her during the peak of Covid, when I was just trying to keep my head above water, to keep breathing, working full time, with mental health patients & otherwise isolated at home. I Just sat down & groaned, until words came. So Grateful for the moments we had. 🎹💛✨✨✨
