Mother’s Day Poem

My mommy loves me, this I know,
For every day she tells me so.
She hugs me tight, she holds my hand,
Shows me how to understand.

She prays for me day and night,
And teaches me wrong from right.
Mommy says that God is good,
And tells me to act as I should.

She gives her all, with nothing to keep
Which sometimes means, she doesn’t sleep.
Mommy’s love is big and wide,
She always puts herself aside.

I love my mommy, yes I do,
She’s my hero, this is true.
Happy Mother’s Day, loud I Cheer!
