Join me as I make a cake stand. Why a cake stand, you say? I love a good cake and I am sure some of you do to. It is a mid-size project that involves face and side (spindle) orientated turning skills. It will take two separate pieces of wood and learning how to join and match these two pieces will be interesting to see and learn.
