Did you know that Dallas does something very special for their dogs at Dallas Animal Services and Adoption Center on New Year’s Eve? Over 300 volunteers spend their New Year’s as a special friend to all of the dogs in the shelter. They provide comanionship and comfort during the firework display. Last year many of the dogs ended up going home with their companion. Trust me I know first hand. This is how we adopted Mr. Buttons 💙 A HUGE Thank you to Jay Jerrier and everyone at Cane Rosso for donating over 60 pizzas and Jay Murray Law Group for donating hundreds of drinks and Milk-Bones to everyone spending their New Year's at DAS. This is why we do it even in the pouring rain. Pinky was on the last call list but yesterday she hit the jackpot. She went to a wonderful forever home.
