Bale Real Estate Group
It’s not often I ever post something like this, but this one stopped me in my tracks. It honestly brought tears to my eyes reading it, and I couldn’t be more proud of my rock star wife.
I’ve known Jerry Greenberg for over 40 years, so this hits on a whole different level. To see someone I respect that much take the time to write something this thoughtful about my amazing wife, Linda, says everything.
What Linda does goes far beyond real estate. It’s never just about buying or selling a home. It’s about guiding people through major life moments, reducing stress, solving problems before they happen, and making sure our clients feel taken care of every step of the way.
Jerry, thank you for trusting us with something so important for your family, and for putting this into words in a way that truly means a lot to both of us.
I’m so proud of you Linda... I for sure, married up.
Love Always.
Gary
"The Art of Finding Home Our Journey with Linda Bale Some people do their jobs well.
A rare few turn their profession into an art. Linda Bale has done something even greater—she has elevated real estate into a calling.
I have known Gary Bale for more than forty years. He has been a valued friend and played a meaningful role in my professional life, helping open doors for me early in my career.
Through that lifelong friendship, I came to know Linda, and over time I have come to admire not only her remarkable success in North Texas real estate, but the extraordinary person behind it.
When my wife and I made the deeply personal decision to leave Southern California and relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area to be near our daughter and welcome our first grandchild into the world, we knew the move would be complicated.
What we did not know was that Linda would turn what could have been a stressful relocation into one of the most rewarding and reassuring experiences of our lives. This was not a routine transaction.
This was a long-distance search involving limited travel, countless listings, changing market conditions, and the emotional weight of finding not simply another house—but a home for the next chapter of our lives.
Linda embraced that responsibility as if it were her own. She tirelessly guided us through an overwhelming number of possibilities, walking us through MLS listings from afar, conducting FaceTime tours, arranging virtual walk-throughs, offering candid advice, and helping us make sense of a fast-moving market while we were hundreds of miles away.
When brief windows allowed us to fly in, she maximized every moment. She showed us home after home with boundless energy, grace, and patience. I still think about the day I asked her to show us three properties that ultimately left her with more than a two-hour drive home—and she treated it as though it were the most natural thing in the world. No complaint. No hesitation. Only commitment. That level of dedication cannot be taught. It comes from character. And that is what defines Linda.
When we ultimately found a foreclosure in a small town south of Dallas, Linda once again proved why she operates at a level few ever reach. She handled every moving part with extraordinary skill—market analysis, virtual due diligence, offer strategy, negotiations that secured seller-paid closing costs, and the steady orchestration of lenders, title, inspections, and all parties involved. She did not simply manage the transaction. She carried it. And she brought it home.
People often use words like professional, responsive, or knowledgeable in reviews. Linda is all of those things, but those words barely scratch the surface. What makes Linda exceptional is trust. It is wisdom. It is relentless effort. It is calm in complexity. It is the rare ability to make clients feel they are her only priority. She is not someone who merely helps people buy and sell homes. She helps people navigate life transitions. She protects dreams. She solves problems before they become crises. She serves. And she does it with grace.
In all my years—both personally and professionally—I have seldom encountered someone who combines expertise, integrity, devotion, and heart the way Linda Bale does. If I were to describe Linda in a single sentence, it would be this: She is the kind of professional people spend a lifetime hoping to find—and never forget once they do.
Our family will always be grateful to Linda for helping us make this move, for helping bring us closer to our children and grandchild, and for making us feel cared for every step of the way.
This is not merely a recommendation. It is a tribute. And it is offered with complete sincerity: Linda Bale is, without question, the finest real estate professional we have ever known."
Sincerely,
Jerome C. Greenberg CEO

Your dream home should reflect your taste, but if you’re planning to sell in the future, overly personalized renovations could hurt resale value. Here’s why:
🎨 Bold Colors Can Be a Turnoff: Neutral tones appeal to a broader range of buyers, making your home easier to sell.
🛁 Ultra-Specific Upgrades Limit Interest: That custom-built home spa might be your dream, but will future buyers see it the same way?
💰 Return on Investment (ROI) Matters: High-end homes need luxury touches, but classic, timeless designs tend to hold value better.
