Early voting is over and now we need a full court press for election day this Saturday, May 3.

For Dallas County alone, there were 2,517 votes cast at the RCC. I am still trying to figure out the total number of early votes in the Rockwall County portion of Rowlett.

There's no way to predict turnout for Saturday but given the history it will typically be a low turnout for a municipal election, which is sad given we have approximately 43,000 plus registered voters.

If you haven't voted, please do so on Saturday, May 3. If you have voted but know others who haven't please encourage them to vote!

And, of course please vote to re-elect Mike Britton, Rowlett City Council Place 4!
