Youth hockey goalie hack!
I found this junior rolling bag cheap for my 10 year old and added bungees with clips so the leg pads will fit on the bag. We’ve been helping him carry the leg pads to and from the locker room so he can wheel his gear around, but this helps keep everything together. Hooray for compact carrying!
All you do is:
1. measure 12” from the top, mark the 1st hole, then another 9” down for the 2nd hole.
2. Puncture holes and insert 3/8” grommets for the 1/4” elastic bungee cord to fit through
3. Sew 1” nylon onto heavy duty clips & slide them onto the bungees.
4. Tie knots on the bungees inside the bag to hold them in place
