Creative - Tattoos By Design

HEALED VERSION: This one is approx. 2.5 years healed, and I am still so happy with how it settled in!! There are a couple of parts I want to touch up, but we'll take care of those when we do his next one in a few weeks!! 🥰

Healed tattoos tell the REAL story, not just the fresh shiny “I just got done bleeding and swelling” versions!! 😂

I am once again asking everyone to ignore my questionable picture-taking skills because, apparently, remembering “before and after” photos is not one of the gifts the Lord gave me!!😂

Also, can we talk about one of the best parts of our new private studio for a second?? PRIVATE means PRIVATE!! Especially for sensitive areas... No looky-loos, no random walk-ins, no extra eyeballs where they do not belong!! 😂😶‍🌫️🤪

Just a comfortable space where women can breathe, relax, and not feel like they’re on display while getting tattooed!!

So yes, my photo-taking skills may still need Jesus... 😂 but our new private studio vibe?? 10/10 😎❤️

This piece was a first for both of us in its own way. I’ve done some smaller faith-based tattoos before, but this was my first time creating a larger piece like this!! 🥹

What stayed with me most wasn’t just the tattoo itself... it was getting to work with a young man who had real conviction, a clear sense of who he is, and no hesitation about what he believes. There’s something really powerful about that!! In a world that gets louder by the day, seeing somebody stand firm in their faith with that kind of quiet confidence is a beautiful thing ❤️

This guy was moving back home, so we had a bit of a time crunch, but we were able to get it done with just 2 days to spare!! Not my FIRST crunch one, and oddly they all seem to be these more 'graphic style' ones that you just have to GET-ER-DONE!! 😂🤣

I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, so here’s the official explanation: I have not disappeared, I have not quit tattooing, and no, the Easter Bunny did not take me out 🐰💀

I’ve been buried in a big side project, still tattooing like normal, still booked out about six weeks (MY comfort zone), and somewhere in the middle of all that, my social media consistency apparently packed its bags and left the building 🤦‍♀️🔥

So if it looked like I vanished, I didn’t. I’ve just been over here trying to run a studio, build something SERIOUSLY cool (can't wait to share it), and keep up with life without completely losing my mind 😅

Thank y’all for sticking with me while I get back on track and start acting like I know what day it is again 🖤
