The line between “professional” and “amateur” is blurring in college sports. Now, former NBA G-League players can play college basketball under certain circumstances.

This includes TJ Clark, a Newton alum who committed to Ole Miss on Thursday. I interviewed Clark over the weekend & got to know the behind the scenes that led up to this move.

NEWTON: Greatest state championship victory in county history? Have y’all recovered from Saturday yet? I’m not sure if I have.Over eight hours of grueling softball that involved extra innings, injury scares, setbacks and triumphs, Saturday proved to be a true sports roller-coaster.But it was with it. They did it.
