Thanks for letting us serve some great drinks at your event Salon Bloom! We had so much fun, and it was such a beautiful day.

New coffee vendor highlight! Welcome to the lineup!

Klatch was one of the first spots our manager Calvin was exposed to in the specialty coffee scene. Based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, this 30 year old company has produced several barista champions and won many roasting awards.

We're very excited to offer a new low caffeine option from Honduras. This bean is USDA organic, fair trade, and a large percentage of proceeds go straight back to the woman owned farms that the coffee is sourced from. We think low caffeine and decaf enjoyers should have a coffee option that tastes good, and this is one that we are proud to offer.

We'll also be carrying a very good Ethiopia on drip, pour over, and for retail purchase on the shelves.

Look out for a few new and exciting coffee offerings over the next few months! ❤️

I love my staff, I love my community, and I am full to the brim with ideas for 2026.

In the next two weeks or so, we will be launching our rebranding for the cafe. The business will have a new name and new logo, but we will be the same. I'm here like I've always been, and with the collaboration of my team, we'll keep creating cool drinks and events 6 days a week (maybe soon to be 7???)

Introducing our "Journey to the West" menu drop.

🥥 Sun Wukong's Cloud - A drink fit for the Monkey King himself. Caramalized palm sugar, coconut cream, pandan, supercharged into a whip and topped with a ristretto shot of Vietnamese espresso and toasted salted coconut. So thick and creamy it tastes like ice cream.

☀️The Princess Rama - House made rambutan syrup, passion fruit syrup, espresso or matcha, sparkling water, and rambutan fruit.

🤚Buddha's Hand - House made yuzu lemonade topped with a shot of koicha (thick) matcha or espresso.

People ask all the time what the difference is between an espresso, macchiato, cortado, cappuccino, and latte! Big companies like Starbucks have really destroyed the definition of these drinks for consumers, but most specialty coffee shops have a standard for what these drinks are.

The short and sweet answer is milk to espresso ratio. Each of our drinks comes with a double shot of espresso and different amounts of steamed milk - from just a dollop of foam to 10 whole ounces of milk.
