LOOP Volunteers with Restore or Retreat for Coastal Conservation

At LOOP, we believe in taking action to protect coastal Louisiana. That’s why we were thrilled to team up with Restore or Retreat and Ducks Unlimited to volunteer for a coastal conservation project. Our dedicated employees helped plant over 3,000 mangroves and 4,125 stalks of smooth cordgrass on constructed coastal restoration terraces built by Ducks Unlimited located just outside Port Fourchon. LOOP has been a proud sponsor of the Ducks Unlimited coastal restoration terraces projects.
This hands-on initiative is more than just planting—it's about strengthening the coastal ecosystem, improving resilience against erosion, and preserving the beauty of our shorelines for generations to come. We're proud to contribute to these efforts and excited for the positive impact we’ll see as these plants thrive.
