I saw this and immediately thought about small business ownership.

There isn't a manual for most of what we do. Some days it's marketing. Some days it's accounting. Some days it's customer service, maintenance, problem solving, or putting out fires you didn't even know existed that morning.

You won't always have the answers.

But if you're willing to learn, adapt, ask questions, and keep moving forward, you'll usually figure it out.

It's amazing what can happen when you stop waiting until you know everything and just start taking the next step.

Ticks can be as small as a poppy seed. There are five ticks in this photo. Can you spot them?

Steps to protect against ticks:

1️⃣ Dress in light-colored long sleeves and tuck your pants into your socks.
2️⃣ Apply EPA-approved repellent (like DEET or picaridin) to skin and treat clothing with permethrin.
3️⃣ Always walk in the center of trails, and shower and do a full-body check as soon as you get home.
