We’re set up at the Anchor Inn in Council Bluffs 🍗 Pollo asado on a bed of rice, beans, Mexican macaroni salad, and a side of cucumbers with tajin and salsa 🌶️ 🥒 and of course your chips and salsa combo!!

If you don’t feel like cooking come see me for the Pollo asado plate with beans, rice, Mexican macaroni salad and cucumber with Tajín 🤤 I’ll be at the Anchor Inn lot!!

Tomorrow I will have pollo asado plate (asado chicken for the non Spanish speakers in the house 😅) with Spanish rice, beans, Mexican macaroni salad and cucumber with lemon and Tajín 🤤🤤🤤 again I will be at the Anchor Inn lot around 10 am.
