Whew, what a past few days at in 🫨

The interest in this house was absolutely incredible! Here’s how things panned out:

▫️Just shy of 40 showings (23 on day one alone!)
▫️12 offers (11 of them over list price)
▫️Tons of competition which came with a bunch of back and forth negotiations

Ultimately, my sellers accepted an AMAZING offer last night and we close in 3 weeks!

The market here, especially in this price range is still very much in the sellers favor, but it still requires a very strategic plan when it comes to pricing, marketing, and how the house is presented and this one is a prime example of that all coming to fruition!

I couldn’t be happier for my sellers this morning!
