This Pride Month, we celebrate the many people and communities that make Oregon vibrant, including those who contribute to our agriculture, natural resources and rural communities. Agriculture thrives because of the wide range of experiences, perspectives and talents that people bring to the work.

We're proud to partner with Cultivating Change, a nonprofit organization that supports LGBTQ2S+ students, professionals and leaders in agriculture, and we look forward to engaging with colleagues from across the country at the Cultivating Change Summit this fall.
