Well I'm trying to change the name to look more like a logo fit for life to this Fit4Life so if you come back to this page and see you a different name you'll know why Don't get confused it still me here's today's photo I did chest and traps and of course abs everyday
You see the weights…
You see the grind…
But you don’t see the real fight.
When I walk through that gym door, nothing else matters.
Not the stress.
Not the past.
Not the chaos waiting outside.
Because today… I had a choice.
And today… I didn’t take a drink.
I know something about myself.
I know I’ve got another drink in me…
But I don’t know if I’ve got another sobriety date.
So I don’t take that first one.
That’s why I train like this.
That’s why I push like this.
Because discipline in here…
keeps me alive out there.
Tonight when I go home, I can tell you everything I did before that first drink…
But after it?
There’s no telling what Rick would do…
or how many people I’d hurt for no reason.

The laundry still needs washing.
The trash still needs taking out.
Your body still needs training.
No matter what’s going on around you…
Handle your responsibilities.
Fuel your body.
Get to the gym.

Best advice ever!
Okay I'm at the gym working on back trying to get the lats to grow she have a wider back only too warm up sets of about 7 to 10 reps night flow and control photo or video coming in about 2 hours right after my workout
I’m not done. I’m just rebuilding.
Over the past months I’ve been dealing with ongoing sciatic back pain. It’s slowed me down. I’ve lost some muscle mass. Some days have been frustrating as hell.
But quitting was never an option.
So I’m starting to repost my workouts again — modified, smarter, focused, and built around longevity. This season isn’t about ego lifting. It’s about discipline, consistency, and proving that setbacks don’t get the final say.
