Earl earned his sky miles! We flew all the way from Corpus Christi, TX ➡️ Seattle, WA! 🌎✈️ (about 10 hours of traveling from doorstep to landing). Long-time friend Sheri was waiting for us at the airport with a welcome sign & her truck fully equipped with a travel litter box in the back seat for Earl.☺️ Seeing a friendly face when we landed was incredibly special & Sheri acting as chauffeur made everything go SO smoothly.

Earl was a proper gentleman on the flight & had no accidents with only a few disgruntled meows (can you blame him? 😹) I always get a handful of questions & friendly stares when flying with a cat because people are very curious, but it’s a pretty easy process so long as you plan ahead of time.

Earl’s new family is over the moon excited to welcome him into their family! The adoption process is so beautiful, within every meaning of that word. Of course the process is emotional & saying goodbye tugs at my heart strings in a way that’s hard to fully explain, but I know that Earl could not have found a better family to love him furrever. 💖
